Visit us during walk-in clinic hours and one of our ENT specialists will see you.
Please note that hearing aid services do require a scheduled appointment. Hearing aids can also be dropped off for evaluation and will be assessed within 24–48 hours.
ENT Walk-In Clinic Services
Our walk-in clinics provide access to our full range of ENT specialty care. Common reasons patients visit our walk-in ENT clinics include:
- Ear pain, ear infections, or sudden changes in hearing.
- ENT concerns in children, including ear infections, tonsil issues, and nasal congestion.
- Sinus pressure, congestion, or recurring sinus issues.
- Sore throat, hoarseness, or voice and swallowing concerns.
- Allergy symptoms that are flaring up or getting harder to manage.
- Snoring or breathing concerns.
ENT Walk-In Clinic Hours
Walk-in hours are the same across all three ENT Carolina locations. All offices are closed for lunch between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM on weekdays, and close at 11:00 AM on Fridays; plan your visit accordingly.

Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
(Closed for lunch from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

What to Expect at Your Walk-In Visit
Walk-in visits at ENT Carolina work much like a regular office visit. When you arrive, our front desk team will check you in and collect your information. It helps to bring your insurance card, a valid photo ID, and a list of any current medications.
Wait times vary depending on how busy the clinic is that day, but our team works to see walk-in patients as efficiently as possible. Once you're seen, your provider will evaluate your concern, discuss your options, and recommend next steps. This may include a same-day treatment, a prescription, or a follow-up appointment for further evaluation.
