Who We Are 

 ENT Carolina, an affiliate of SENTA Partners, is an ENT specialty group with multiple locations in the greater Charlotte area. For more than 35 years, the practice has served the Piedmont Region and greater Charlotte area with high-quality ENT and allergy care.

As an affiliate of SENTA Partners (Southern Ear, Nose, Throat & Allergy Physicians), we combine the personal touch of a local practice with the resources of a larger healthcare network.

How We Work Together 

SENTA Partners is a Management Services Organization (MSO) that supports physician-led practices like ours by managing the non-clinical side of operations - things like HR, recruiting, payroll, marketing, IT, and compliance. This partnership allows our clinical teams to focus on what matters most: Helping people Breathe better, Hear better, Live better.

While our physicians and providers remain locally based and independently led, SENTA Partners handles all administrative and employment-related services on behalf of our practice.
